Step directly into the water from the villa's private access point, where a ladder leads you into the clear Caribbean Sea. A sandy area with lounge chairs and umbrellas offers a place to relax by the water, while Adirondack chairs on the dock invite slow mornings, beautiful sunrise views, and the chance to spot sea turtles right in front of you. Paddle boards are available for use during your stay.

Indoor and outdoor spaces flow together with ease, opening to covered patios and ocean views throughout. The Great Room brings together the kitchen, dining, and living areas for gathering, while multiple covered, cool, outdoor spaces offer room to relax, dine, and unwind.

Each bedroom is thoughtfully layered with quality linens, blackout drapery, individual air conditioning, ample storage, and convenient charging. Designed for privacy, comfort, and a true sense of home.
Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped for everyday living, with a full-size refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and coffee maker, along with everything needed to cook, gather, and share meals with ease. Fresh drinking water and essential items are provided so you can settle in comfortably from the start.
Outdoor Dining & Private Terraces
Outdoor spaces are designed for gathering and living outside. The upper patio offers space for shared meals with a full dining table that seats up to 10, along with a complete outdoor living area for lounging. The lower patio adds additional seating and hammocks for a more relaxed, quiet setting, all with ocean views and a constant connection to the water.
Everyday Essentials
High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the villa, extending from the bedrooms and patios down to the water. A washer and dryer, fresh bath towels, and bath essentials including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and face wash are all provided so you can settle in comfortably from the start. On-property parking and a private gated entrance make coming and going feel easy and uninterrupted.
