Booking Policies & Rental Agreement
Overview
Villa Bénie is a privately owned home designed to offer a peaceful, elevated experience for every guest.
The following policies are in place to ensure the home is respected and that each stay feels smooth, comfortable, and thoughtfully managed from start to finish.
Booking Requirements
- The primary renter must be at least 25 years of age
- The primary renter must be present for the duration of the stay
- A signed rental agreement is required prior to arrival
- A valid government-issued ID may be required prior to check-in
Maximum Occupancy
The villa accommodates a maximum of 10 guests.
Additional guests are not permitted without prior written approval. Unauthorized guests may result in additional charges or termination of the stay without refund.
House Rules
- No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property
- No pets allowed
- No children under the age of 12 due to the home's proximity to open water
- No parties or events without prior written approval
- Guests are expected to respect the home and surrounding property at all times
- Any damage, missing items, excessive cleaning, or violation of house rules will result in additional charges and may result in termination of the stay
Check-In & Check-Out
- Check-in and check-out times will be provided prior to arrival and are set to allow the home to be thoughtfully prepared for each guest
- A member of our team will greet you upon arrival and provide a brief walkthrough of the villa
Each bedroom is equipped with its own set of keys for guest use during your stay, should you choose to use them. All keys must be returned to their designated location prior to departure. Lost or unreturned keys will result in an additional charge.
Housekeeping
A mid-stay refresh is included for stays of 7 nights or more and includes light tidying, making beds, and refreshing linens and towels as needed to keep the home comfortable throughout your stay.
Additional housekeeping or daily service can be arranged upon request for an additional fee.
Property Use & Care
Guests are expected to treat the home and all furnishings with care and respect throughout their stay.
A full inventory is completed between each guest. Any damaged, missing, or excessively worn items will be documented and charged accordingly.
We have intentionally furnished Villa Bénie with thoughtful, high-quality pieces to create a beautiful and comfortable experience. We appreciate your care in maintaining the home during your stay.
Security Cameras
The property is equipped with exterior security cameras for safety and monitoring purposes when the villa is unoccupied.
For guest privacy, all exterior cameras are turned off during your stay. No cameras are located inside the home.
Oceanfront Disclaimer
Villa Bénie is located directly on the ocean with open water access. Conditions can vary, and guests are responsible for their own safety and the safety of those in their group while using the waterfront and outdoor areas, including swimming, entering the water, and use of the dock and surrounding areas.
By staying at the villa, guests acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with an oceanfront property.
Payment & Cancellation
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
The initial deposit is non-refundable. Payments made within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable.
Rental Agreement
By booking Villa Bénie, guests agree to all policies outlined above, as well as the terms of the full rental agreement provided prior to arrival.
